You have a dedicated eContact Centre for online customers. In addition all communication is carried out via e-mail - so no more paper bills
Scottish Power’s standard energy tariffs
Scottish Power’s standard energy customers can benefit from discounts based on the services they receive and the way they pay for them.
They can bundle their gas and electricity, pay by direct debit and make further savings by managing their account entirely online.
Scottish Power “H2O” and “Green Energy Fund”
Scottish Power has pledged its support for the Government’s plan to reduce CO2 emissions by 2010, and as a result has been investing in renewable energy. 6.6 per cent of their energy now comes from wind farms, turning waste to energy and hydro-power (the UK average is 4.2 per cent).
Scottish Power’s H2O tariff matches the amount of electricity you use with a supply of clean, green, hydro-power into the electricity grid from hydro-power stations in Lanark, Galloway and Cruachan in Scotland. Not only is there no extra cost, but you can actually save around £15 a year.
Their Green Energy Fund Offer gives customers a discount of £10.50 a year, which is then donated on their behalf to the Green Energy Fund, in support of renewable energy projects across the UK.
