Switching your gas and electricity is one of the easiest ways to save, and comparing tariffs online will help you find the best deal for your needs. Providers launch new deals and tariffs all the time so it’s a good idea to keep checking back to make sure you're paying the most competitive price.

Features of the E.ON Track and Save 10 include:

  • Prices are guaranteed to be cheaper than British Gas Standard bills until 1st October, 2012
  • Guarantee applies to customers with average annual gas usage of 16,500 units and above
  • Annual average electricity consumption should be over 3,300 units on unrestricted meters, or 2,970 day units and 3,630 night units
  • No cancellation fee but If you leave E.ON before 1 October 2012, you will not receive discounts on your final bill
  • Tesco Clubcard points available - one point for every £2 spent on gas and electricity
  • Dual fuel and monthly direct debit discount
  • You can manage your account online and get paperless bills but will not receive an online discount
  • After 1st October 2012 you will be switched to a similar product or one of E.ON’s Standard Plans.

Is E.ON Track and Save 10 right for me?

The first thing you should do is check your levels of energy consumption to make sure it meets the minimum required to sign-up for the deal.

Also, E.ON hasn’t specified how you’ll save compared to British Gas, so double check you're getting the best deal before you sign-up.

Also, of you decide to settle your monthly bill by cash or cheque you should make efforts to pay promptly as late payment could put your discount at risk.

If you have a Tesco Clubcard, the tariff is a good way to generate extra points.

E.ON’s Track and Save 10 does offer competitive discounts to customers; however to make sure you’re getting the best deal for your needs, you should always compare suppliers using our energy calculator.
