Countrywide Energy

Countrywide Energy has been providing energy products and services to farmers and members of the rural community for the last 50 years.

If you live in the town or countryside, Countrywide offers to supply your home, farm or business, with a number of energy products including: Bulk liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), domestic fuel, and renewable energy.

Bulk LPG

Liquid Petroleum Gas is an alternative way to heat your home, and comes from the same family of fuels as oil, petrol, and methane (mains gas).

At normal temperature and pressure, LPG exists as a gas. However when placed under high pressure and very low temperatures it becomes liquid. As a result LPG is stored conveniently as a liquid in pressurised steel cylinder or tank.

When the pressure is released, the liquid returns to gas which is then ignited to produce a very hot flame which in turn heats your home.

LPG storage comes in all shapes and sizes, from big tanks to smaller cylinders, depending on your usage and space.

Countrywide promises to install your LPG tank free of charge.

Fuel

Countrywide offers a “Budget Account” which allows customers to spread the cost of heating bills over the course of the year.

With the scheme you agree to pay a set amount every month, which will cover the cost of all your oil deliveries throughout the year.

Countrywide will check your tank for you and arrange a delivery schedule to keep you topped up as and when you need it.

Also if your annual usage goes up or down, Countrywide will let you know and then change your payment to suit.

In addition, with a bit of information such as how may bedrooms there are in your house, what is your past consumption or whether you run an Aga, Countrywide will then be able to work out what you will need and organise an automatic top up delivery. This way you should never run out of oil again.

At the moment Countrywide is running a “50% Now, 50% Later” scheme whereby customers can pay only 50% now on all heating oil orders and spread the remaining balance over a set monthly period.

Countrywide also offers commercial fuel, which includes free of charge top up schemes and full replacement tank services for businesses.

As well as heating oil, Countrywide also offers a range of renewable energy solutions, including biomass boilers, wood fuel, green electricity and self generation energy.
