Taking both your gas and electricity from the same provider - in the form of a dual fuel tariff - is a great way of saving even more on your energy bills; npower dual fuel customers get a massive £100 discount when they switch and you’ll also have the ease and peace of mind that comes with having both your gas and electricity on the same quarterly bill.

npower’s dual fuel tariff is a combination of its standard rate, domestic electricity and its gas tariffs. You can also sign up to its Sign Online 22 tariff for paperless billing on your standard gas and electricity tariffs.

Taking both your gas and electricity from npower gives you a discount of £100

You can also sign up to npower’s online account management Sign Online 22, which allows you to access your account securely, online, where you pay your bills, edit your direct debit details and enter your own meter readings - so you’ll never have to pay an estimated bill again. You’ll also stop receiving paper bills, helping you to do your bit for the environment.

You’ll be able to access your bills wherever you are, and they’ll be available to view online for up to two years.

npower also offer free energy efficiency advice to help you do your bit and cut down on your energy usage at the same time.

And if you want to take your green energy to the next level you can also choose to go for npower’s Juice tariff, where npower will match every unit of normal electricity that you use and feed the same amount, generated from renewable sources, into the electricity network. Juice customers are still eligible for the £100 dual fuel discount and Juice costs no more than npower’s standard tariffs.

Don't forget

Some suppliers offer an additional discount to customers who sign up for paperless billing, as it also cuts their own costs of sending out bills and technicians to read your meter. However, npower doesn’t offer an additional discount for this.
