You’ll be charged for each kWh of energy you use, together with a standing charge, but these charges will be fixed for the initial term of your contract provided there's no significant change to your energy usage during this period. npower inform business customers of any additional costs and charges in writing before applying them.

All new business customers are given npower’s e3 package. The e3 package constitutes a free Electrisave monitor worth £79.95, and all the energy efficiency tools and advice you need to reduce your energy bills by up to 25% and reduce your CO2 emissions at the same time.

npower business run a 24-hour UK based over the phone advice service for business customers with contract and renewal enquiries.

You are not committed to using a minimum or maximum level of gas; just an agreed level based upon historical usage and projected future usage. npower business could potentially cut your bills by up to 34% and offers you the opportunity to freeze energy prices until 2010.

2. How to switch?

Switching to npower business gas couldn’t be easier - simply fill in an online form giving details about your business and typical gas usage, and npower will take care of all the paperwork. Alternatively, you can talk to an npower business consultant over the phone.

It typically takes between six and eight weeks for your switch to go through. npower will supply you with regularly updates during the handover process.
