By registering your business with its “Online Energy Service” you will be able to update your details, download a copy of your bill, view energy use and ultimately pay bills more quickly and securely.

Entering your own meter readings also means no more estimated bills, so your company will only pay for the energy it actually uses.

3. Direct Debit

Companies that sign-up to a tariff with Scottish Power and pay by direct debit will save 25% on their bills. Paying by direct debit means you can spread payments over the year and avoid large winter bills.

Free energy efficiency helpline

Scottish Power also offers its business customers a free energy efficiency helpline, to advise them on saving energy and money.

The company estimates your business could typically cut energy consumption by 20%, simply by implementing a few free and relatively low-cost measures.

As a Scottish Power business customer, you'll receive a “SMART” pack, which includes information and tips on how your company can be more energy efficient, as well as information on various grants and incentives available to help you make better use of your energy.
