npower’s standard gas tariff is a two-tier tariff with a primary unit rate for usage up to 4572 units of gas per annum and a secondary rate for usage over that. You can also sign up to its Sign Online 12 tariff for paperless billing.

Customers who switch to either one of npower’s gas or electricity tariffs get a £20 discount, but this can be increased if you choose the dual fuel tariff.
In addition, Sign Online 12 allows you to manage your account online so you can access your account securely, online, can pay your bills, edit your direct debit details and even enter your own meter readings - so you’ll never have to pay an estimated bill again. You’ll also stop receiving paper bills, helping you to do your bit for the environment.
Adding Sign Online 12 won’t cost you any extra and by signing up you’ll also be entered into a prize draw to win free energy for a year. You’ll be able to access your bills wherever you are, and they’ll be available to view online for up to two years.
npower also offers free energy efficiency advice to help you do your bit and cut down on your energy usage at the same time.
And if you want to take your green energy to the next level you can also choose to go for npower’s Juice tariff, where npower will match every unit of normal electricity that you use and feed the same amount, generated from renewable sources, into the electricity network. Juice customers are still eligible for the discounts applied to standard tariffs.
