Customers who switch to either one of npower’s gas or electricity tariffs get a £20 discount, but if you take both fuels, you’ll get a combined discount of £100.
You can also sign up to npower’s online account management Sign Online 12, which allows you to access your account securely, online, where you pay your bills, edit your direct debit details and enter your own meter readings - so you’ll never have to pay an estimated bill again. You’ll also stop receiving paper bills, helping you to do your bit for the environment.
By signing up to Sign Online 12 - which works in conjunction with your standard gas and electricity tariffs - you’ll also be entered into a prize draw to win free energy for a year.
You’ll be able to access your bills wherever you are, and they’ll be available to view online for up to two years.
npower also offer free energy efficiency advice to help you do your bit and cut down on your energy usage at the same time.

Don't forget
