Energy giant Npower has launched Go Fix 6, a new fixed rate energy deal that guarantees to help you save on its standard rate charges until July 2012.
Npower’s new Go Fix 6 tariff, which is only available to customers who pay their energy bills by direct debit and sign-up for online account management with paper bills, is 3.8% cheaper than the providers’ standard dual fuel offline tariff.
Go Fix 6 replaces the Go Fix 5 tariff from today, but is only available until 31 July 2011.
Ofgem-accredited energy switching service, EnergyLinx, said: “Go Fix 6 is a new online fixed Npower product designed to give monthly direct debit customers security and peace of mind through fixed energy prices.”
Npower said of the new deal: “With Go Fix 6 you’ll be able view your bills, set-up meter read reminders plus, register for our new Energy Tracker and contact our customer services via npower.com whenever it suits you.”
The new tariff is available as a dual fuel tariff or as an electricity-only tariff or a gas-only tariff. Customers will be charged cancellation fees of up to £40 if they switch from Go Fix 6 before 31 July 2012.
