A money off boiler protection insurance from British Gas is coming to an end this week.
British Gas’s 10% discount on HomeCare boiler insurance will end on Friday.
New customers paying by direct debit could buy monthly boiler cover from £15.33 a month.
HomeCare boiler insurance customers receive an annual boiler service and unlimited call-outs if their boiler breaks down from Gas Safe-registered engineers.
The boiler insurance also covers parts and labour costs.
HomeCare 200 covers your boiler, controls, radiators, hot water and pipework – with prices starting at £15.33 a month including the discount, which closes on March 28th.
Higher levels of insurance are also available to cover plumbing, drains and home electrics.
Cover for a replacement boiler is available if damage is caused by a fire or explosion.
If your home becomes uninhabitable, the cover also provides up to three nights of accommodation and transport costs.
Customers can only qualify for the boiler insurance cover if their boiler or central heating passes the initial service.
If a boiler fails the initial service, British Gas engineers will explain what work is needed and how much it will cost. It is also possible to arrange cover for your boiler system not including the part causing the problem.
