E.ON gas tariffs

E.ON, formerly known as Powergen, is one of the UK’s leading integrated power and gas companies.

E.ON offers two gas tariffs:

• E.ON Standard Gas
• E.ON Track and Save tariff

E.ON Standard Gas

If you prefer to receive paper bills rather than managing your account online then an E.ON standard tariff option may suit you.

Discounts

• Enter your postcode and the amount you pay per year on average for your gas - E.ON will then provide a total annual saving.

Benefits

• Flexible payment options
• For every £2 you spend on your gas, you will receive 1 Tesco Clubcard point
• No cancellation fee or standing charge

Is it right for me?

If you prefer to pay by cheque, this is a good option because the discounts are not based on a direct debit payment. However, if want the greatest savings we recommend you change to direct debit. This does not include the online tariff where you could get enhanced discounts and better rates in the future.

E.ON Track and Save tariff

This tariff guarantees that your gas bills will be cheaper than British Gas until 1 June 2011.

Discounts

Guarantees energy prices will not rise above British Gas standard bill until 1 June 2011.

Benefits

• Gas prices are protected until June 2011 - providing peace of mind that your bills will not rise above British Gas
• Access to E.ON energy efficiency experts who can provide advice on saving money on your bills
• Earn 1 Tesco Clubcard point for every £2 pound you spend on your gas and electricity.
