British Gas Websaver 6

British Gas has launched the WebSaver 6 tariff. British Gas guarantees that WebSaver 6 prices will be 6% lower than their standard tariff until 1st May 2011.

British Gas WebSaver 6 is now the cheapest energy tariff in 10 of the 14 distribution areas:

London electricity
Manweb
Midlands electricity
Northern electric
Norweb
Scottish Hydro
Seeboard
Southern Electric
SWALEC
SWEB

You must manage your account online and pay by monthly fixed direct debit, and you can earn up to £73 off your bill by paying by direct debit and a £15 yearly dual fuel discount.

If you switch away from WebSaver 6 before 1 August 2010 their is a cancellation fee of £30 per fuel .
