Is it right for me?

If your boiler is over seven years old then this package may be best for you. This premium package is essentially for those who anticipate that their boiler is about to develop a number of problems. Beware that multiple repairs could result in you paying more for this package than you would the HomeCare 400 equivalent.

Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance, and start to consider replacing your old boiler with a new one. This could save you money; new boilers are significantly more energy efficient.

Don't forget

  • Prices start at £18 a month, but can go if you live in close proximity to the M25
  • Constant repairs may result in you paying more for this package than you would for the HomeCare 400 equivalent
  • £50 fee is for the reported fault and related faults only. Repairs to additional faults will be charged at £50 each
  • Some areas of the UK may be outside of the HomeCare service coverage. Check first before you apply
  • Cancellation costs are up to £124 for customers in their first year of the agreement

Your webpage still mentions CORGI registered engineers, as does your telephone call waiting system. This does not give a great feeling of professionalism in BG as CORGI registration disappeared on 1 April 2009. I hope that all your fillers are registered with the new authority. - Jul 27 2009 4:25PM
