HomeCare Flexi 300 is an advanced package in the British Gas (www.britishgas.co.uk) insurance range where a small fixed fee is charged for each completed repair.

Unlimited callouts – There’s no chance of you filling your quotient of calls before running into a major emergency.
All engineers are CORGI registered. You have access to over 5500 CORGI registered engineers.
Includes parts and labour, so there are no hidden charges.
Includes free yearly safety and maintenance inspection (a service that costs £18 a month as part of the British Gas ‘PropertyCare’ scheme)
Costs from only £14 a month* plus you will pay a £50 fixed fee for every completed repair (includes parts and labour).
Is it right for me?
If your boiler is coming up for seven years old then this package may be best for you. This advanced package is essentially for those who anticipate having a few problems with their boiler. Beware that multiple repairs could result in you paying more for this package than you would the HomeCare 300 equivalent.
If your boiler is older than 7 years, then the Homecare Flexi 400 package may be more appropriate.
Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance.
*Prices start at £14 a month but can go up to £17 depending on your location and if you live in close proximity to the M25.

Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is subject to an administration fee. Direct debit payments do not incur a charge.
Cancellation costs are up to £207 for customers in their first year of the agreement who have already received a repair, and up to £143 if you have not yet received a repair.
