HomeCare 200 Flexi is the second tier package in the British Gas (www.britishgas.co.uk) insurance range - where a small fixed fee is charged for each completed repair.

What’s covered:

• Boiler
• Boiler controls
• Radiators
• Pipework
• Hot water

Package includes

• Unlimited call outs during the policy year
• Over 7,000 highly qualified and Gas Safe registered (formerly CORGI registered) engineers.
• Parts and labour included (excess may apply)
• Annual Service of your boiler
• Manned customer breakdown line 24/7
• Cheaper monthly cost than HomeCare 200 package.

Package price

From only £12.50 a month* plus you will pay a £50 fixed fee for every completed repair (includes parts and labour).

Is it right for me?

If your boiler is two or three years old then this package may be best for you. This second tier offer is essentially for those who anticipate the odd glitch from their boiler. Beware that multiple repairs could result in you paying more for this package than you would the HomeCare 200 equivalent.

If your boiler is older than 3 years, then the Homecare Flexi 300 package may be more appropriate.

Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance.

Don't forget

• *Prices start at £12.50 a month but can go up if you live in close proximity to the M25
• Some areas of the UK may be outside of the HomeCare service coverage. Check first before you apply
• Constant repairs may result in you paying more for this package than you would for the HomeCare 200 equivalent
• Cancellation costs are up to £124 for customers in their first year of the agreement.
