HomeCare 200 Flexi is the second tier package in the British Gas (www.britishgas.co.uk) insurance range. Where a small fixed fee is charged for each completed repair.

Unlimited callouts – There’s no chance of you filling your quotient of calls before running into a major emergency.
All engineers are CORGI registered. You have access to over 5500 CORGI registered engineers.
Includes parts and labour, so there are no hidden charges.
Includes free yearly safety and maintenance inspection (a service that costs £18 a month as part of the British Gas ‘PropertyCare’ scheme)
Costs from only £11 a month* plus you will pay a £50 fixed fee for every completed repair (includes parts and labour).
Is it right for me?
If your boiler is two or three years old then this package may be best for you. This second tier offer is essentially for those who anticipate the odd glitch from their boiler. Beware that multiple repairs could result in you paying more for this package than you would the HomeCare 200 equivalent.
If your boiler is older than 3 years, then the Homecare Flexi 300 package may be more appropriate.
Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance.

Cancellation costs are up to £207 for customers in their first year of the agreement who have already received a repair, and up to £143 if you have not yet received a repair.
