If your boiler is coming up for seven years old then this package may be best for you. This advanced package is essentially for those who anticipate having a few problems with their boiler. Beware of the hefty cancellation fees though, and only take this coverage out if you foresee using it for the full 12 months.
Your drains and plumbing are covered by HomeCare 300. If you have a well used boiler in an older or period property then this level of service is for you.
If your boiler is older than 7 years, then the Homecare 400 package may be more appropriate.
Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance.
