Is it right for me?

If your boiler is two or three years old then this package may be best for you. This second tier offer is essentially for those who anticipate the odd glitch from their boiler. Beware of the hefty cancellation fees though, and only take this coverage out if you foresee using it for the full 12-months.

If your boiler is older than 3 years, then the Homecare 300 package may be more appropriate.

Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance.

Don't forget

  • This is only the second rung on the ladder, so advanced services such as drainage and home electrics are not included. (See HomeCare 300)
  • * Prices start at £17 a month, but can go up depending on your location. The price increases if you live in close proximity to the M25.
  • Some areas of the UK may be outside of the HomeCare service coverage. Check first before you apply.
  • Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is subject to an administration fee. Direct debit payments do not incur a charge.
  • Cancellation costs are up to £265 for customers in their first year of the agreement who have already received a repair, and up to £175 if you have not yet received a repair.
