Is it right for me?

This entry-level offer is essentially for those who don’t anticipate a great deal of breakdowns. Therefore if your boiler is less than a year old, this package may be best for you. If your boiler is 1 to 2 years old, then the Homecare 200 package may be more appropriate.

Check first that the boiler isn’t already covered by your home insurance or under guarantee if it’s nearly new.

Beware of the hefty cancellation fees, and only take this coverage out if you foresee using it for the full 12-months.

What isn’t covered?

  • Radiators
  • Pipes
  • Hot water
  • Plumbing
  • Drains
  • Home electrics

Don't forget

  • * Prices start at £13 a month, but can go up if you live in close proximity to the M25.
  • Some areas of the UK may be outside of the HomeCare service coverage. Check first before you apply.
  • Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is subject to an administration fee. Direct debit payments do not incur a charge.
  • Cancellation costs are up to £265 for customers in their first year of the agreement who have already received a repair, and up to £175 if you have not yet received a repair.
