I have an electricty debt of £700 and I sent off a direct debit form to pay it off but EDF sent it back saying I have to have a keymeter installed.I dnt want one as I understand they are more expensive and it states in my tenency agreement that my landlord doesnt want prepayment meters.I have faxed them a copy of the t.agreemet, told them im a single parent ,but they r goin to get a court order to gain access. What can I do?
